This is a wine with a serious pedigree. Winemaker Brian Croser is the OG
pioneer of the modern Adelaide Hills wine region. Croser first planted
Chardonnay in the Piccadilly Valley in 1979, recognising the climatic
similarities with Burgundy. You’ll find layers of citrus and stone fruit, notes
of cashew and nougat, underpinned with seamlessly integrated oak and fine-boned
acidity. World class.
