Paralian Springs Hill Shiraz 2022

Paralian Wines is the project of winemakers Skye Salter and Charlie Seppelt focussing on outstanding single vineyard plots. Dry grown fruit from Blewitt Springs, handpicked and wild fermented with 20% whole bunch. Black fruited core, white and black pepper spice, blueberry, roasted earth and coal dust. Medium framed and savoury, with fine cocoa-like tannins.
