The Shaw + Smith wines all hail exclusively from the Adelaide Hills and through their two current vineyards in Balhannah and Lenswood they craft Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz that are vibrant examples of where they come from. It’s the meeting point of careful and intentional farming and exacting standards in the winery.
