Wines of White Meat Sub Lime Pet Nat 2020

More people deserve to know more about these wines than currently do. Crunchy, textural and delicious pet nat made by the humble Jeremy Evans. Riesling from the Eden Valley and Roussanne from the Barossa Valley. The two wines were hand-harvested eight days apart, nine days on skins and then basket pressed and matured in old oak for nine months. Yeasts were selected with judgment and winemaking nous.
