Arnoux-Lachaux has long been one of the very finest winemakers when it
comes to Bourgogne Rouge. That's thanks to the quality of its terroirs, the
planting material and farming practices. This wine comes from seven parcels of
Pinot Fin, the revered Pinot cultivar, including one parcel planted in 1959 at
Premeaux, in Nuits-Saint-Georges. A wine with bright, red sorbet-like aromatics,
an intense, fleshy core of fruit and a fine energetic close.
