a Sydney city life become a passion. Their Méthode Traditionelle sparkling
‘Classic Cuvee’, combines Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier to bring a
delicate aperitif style cuvee with apple, citrus and sea-spray notes accompanied
by a gentle creamy pallet with hints of toastiness.
