Billecart-Salmon NV Brut Reserve Champagne
The Billecart NV blend has remained unchanged since 1945 and still
maintains its reputation as one of the most balanced and harmonious non-vintage
champagnes on the market. A rich, powerful palate is lifted with lovely
freshness. The non-vintage Billecart offers the best of both worlds with
complexity and delicacy, making it perfect for any occasion.
Brut Reserve takes the three most well-known Champenois grape varieties: 30% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Rheims and the Vallee de la Marne; 30% Chardonnay; and 40% Pinot Meunier to create a balanced and poised NV cuvee. Winemaking occurs in stainless steel tanks with 50-60% reserve wines aged on lees for 48 months.
