Bubb + Pooley Pinot Noir 2021
Made by Justin Bubb and Anna Pooley who have each been making wine
across the globe for over 20 years. This 2021 Pinot Noir is made from 20% whole
bunch clusters, and is fermented and matured in a tulip shaped concrete vessel
and French oak puncheons.
