Crawford River Reserve Riesling 2018
This wine is typically released with age and with 5 years in bottle Crawford River feel it is ready to release. It is still youthful and is immediately appealing with a bright nose showing fresh aromas of lime zest, lemon grass, white peach and cumquat. The palate has wonderful shape and texture, which is defined by layers of chalk, mineral intensity and hints of macadamia. This wine is pure and concentrated with poise from the beautiful acid line throughout the wine. It is luscious and long and is drinking incredible well now but has huge cellaring potential.
