It’s fitting that Australia’s tastiest example of Prosecco comes from the
first plantings of Glera, the traditional grape for Prosecco planted back in
1999 by Otto Dal Zotto. Now days, his son, Christian does the heavy lifting but
is still making wines that stack up with the best of them from ‘back home’.
Candied lemon, pears and white flowers open the show, and a creamy, generously
fruit driven palate. The perfect summer sparkler.
