Domaine Belargus is an organic operation and has recently begun implementing
biodynamic practices. These principles are being applied at Belargus by two
pioneers of the region: Jo Pithon and Guy Bossard, who have pioneered biodynamic
practices in the region for decades. One of two sweet wines produced, the Quarts
de Chaume is exotic and luscious, boasting of lychee and ripe Corella
pears. The beauty of this wine though is the equally compelling palate, that
maintains poise and interest. Very gulpable.
