Vineyard: Several plots of Syrah (8 to 40 years old) managed in
Biodynamics.Vinification: Sorted manual harvest, 15-day maceration in raw
cement vats, fruit partially destemmed and fermentation by indigenous
yeasts.Ageing: Partly in vats and partly in barrel for 7 months.
Tasting Notes: A very rich and intense number, marked by smooth tannins,
hints of spice and admirable concentration. A ripe blackberry fruit profile, and
length for days.
