All cultivated according to Biodynamic principles of agriculture, the vineyards belonging to Domaine Trapet extend over 14 hectares, principally in the villages of Riquewihr and Beblenheim. Married to the celebrated Burgundy vigneron Jean-Louis Trapet, Andree Trapet makes visceral and pure wines from the terroirs that she champions.

For Chapelle 1441, Trapet selects Pinot Noir from a selection of the best vines in Riquewihr and the grand cru Zellenberg, the Chapelle of the name references a thirteenth century church built into the town walls of Riquewihr.
