El Pirana Primario Palomino 2024 is a fresh, unfortified white from Trebujena in Andalusia that shows a pure expression of Palomino outside the traditional fortified style.

Made from 98 percent Palomino Fino with a small touch of Moscatel, it opens with citrus peel, green apple and subtle saline notes, alongside a gentle floral lift. There is a faint almond and sea spray character that reflects its coastal origin.

The palate is light to medium bodied, dry and driven by crisp acidity, with a savoury, slightly chalky texture and a clean, linear finish. It feels energetic and understated rather than aromatic or heavy.

Best served well chilled with seafood, fried fish or simple tapas.
