Grown on chalky Kimmeridgian slopes above Chavignol, the 2023 vintage is electric briny, mineral, and tightly wound, with layers of citrus oil, orchard fruit, and wet stone. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak, it’s bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulphur.
