Fragrant blackberry, dark cherry and violet are complemented by cracked pepper, dried herbs and subtle savoury spice. The palate is finely structured, with concentrated dark fruit, fresh acidity and supple tannins providing depth without excessive weight. Fermented with 25% whole bunches and matured for eight months in French oak, including 20% new barrels, it offers impressive elegance and persistence.
