Sourcing fruit from established & sought-after family vineyards (some Organic & Biodynamic), which surround their home among the higher & cooler climbs of McLaren Vale. All I.P.O.S wines are vegan friendly & bottled unfined & unfiltered, wines of minimal intervention, made in a lo-fi style that stand testament to the beauty of nature. 100% Pinot Noir from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, Vox Pop enjoys long cool ferments and extended time on its fluffy lees, all in the hope of becoming a simply delicious sparkling wine with vibrant strawberry and cherry notes across a crisp yet slightly creamy palate.
