Crafted from estate grown grapes and aged using a solera system with wines averaging 10 years, this Champagne gains complexity and depth before being cellared for an additional 4 years. Bottled at a lower pressure of 4 bars for a creamier texture, it shows a golden hue and fine bubbles. The nose is intense and expressive, with oxidative notes, dried fruits, baked apple, and hints of citrus and brioche. On the palate, it’s dry and vibrant, with pronounced acidity balanced by the wine’s mature character.
