Jerome Prevost Champagne grower based in Gueux. Anselme Selosse, one of the
most important figures in modern Champagne, was his mentor since he took over
his family's tiny plot. Prevost's first cuvees were made in Selosse's winery and
share a similar fingerprint, producing intense, focused cuveés with very low
levels of dosage. This wine is no exception: thought-provoking and haunting.
Though these are not vintage releases, per se, a single harvest forms the
basis of each wine and is indicated on the label: e.g. LC18 indicating "LC"
number (Lot Consigné) 2018 vintage. The wines are based on Pinot Meunier -
regarded by many as some of the Champagne's finest expressions of the variety -
