La Purísima Enesencia Monastrell Dulce 2020 is a rare sweet wine from old vine Monastrell in Jumilla, made from naturally raisined grapes left to over ripen on the vine. This process concentrates both sugar and acidity, creating a style that is rich yet remarkably balanced.

The nose is intense and layered, with dried fig, apricot and quince, alongside dark cherry and hints of mint, bergamot and dark chocolate. It opens further with air, revealing added aromatic complexity.
