A grower Champagne composed of 60% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir, sourced from multiple parcels in the Vallée de la Marne and Côteaux Sud d’Épernay. The blend is based on the 2021 vintage, with 40% reserve wines drawn from 2020 and 2019 to add depth and consistency.

Fermented in a mix of oak, foudre, and concrete, then aged on lees with partial malolactic fermentation, it offers finesse, texture, and complexity. Bottled as an extra brut (4.5 g/L dosage), it shows bright citrus, orchard fruit, fine minerality, and a crisp, elegant finish, ready to enjoy now.
