Soil: calcareous, sandy Exposure: south / east Harvest period:
October Vinification: maceration on the skins for 10 days, primary
fermentation in steel for 20 days, malolactic fermentation and aging in French
oak for 18 months. In the glass: it looks like a wine with an enveloping
aroma, with notes of rose, violet and red berries, with a marked elegance and
with persistent richness on the palate.
