This white Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Clairette, and Roussanne, grown on ancient stony terraces rich in clay and limestone. Grapes are hand-harvested to preserve freshness, then gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged 8–12 months in a mix of stainless steel and French oak demi-muids, the wine shows golden brilliance with floral aromas, bright acidity, and notes of candied citrus. Fresh yet structured, it has an ageing potential of 5–10 years.
