Michel Genet call themselves Champagne artisans. They are personally involved
in every stage of creating their Champagnes, from growing the grapes in healthy,
sustainable vineyards to the on-site vinification and maturation of our wine.
They harvest by hand with their own team of pickers to ensure that the grapes
used are of the very highest quality. Separating each cru every year so that
they can vinify each parcel individually. The wines are made in Chouilly at
their Le Transvaal site (part of which dates back to 1900).
with salmon and orangey tints. Nice effervescence, fine string of bubbles. The
attack in the palate is smooth and easy, with some nice amplitude. Then the wine
reveals lively with citrus and a touch of lavender.
