Pierro Chardonnay 2024

A benchmark Margaret River Chardonnay from Pierro, the 2024 shows why this estate is so highly regarded for combining power with precision.

The nose opens with ripe peach, rockmelon and citrus blossom, lifted by a fine line of struck flint and subtle oak spice. On the palate it’s layered and textural, moving from generous stone fruit richness into a tight, focused core of acidity that keeps everything in check. There’s a gentle creaminess from barrel fermentation, but the wine remains firmly structured and long.

This is a Gin Gin clone Chardonnay built for both early drinking and short term cellaring. Excellent with grilled lobster, roast chicken, or creamy mushroom dishes.
