The grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. The juice was
fermented in stainless steel at a cool temperature of fourteen degrees Celsius
before undergoing secondary fermentation.
Light straw in colour, with lime hues. The nose explodes with sweet sherbet,
lemon, lime and jasmine aromas. Yeasty and earthy characters add complexity,
with added brioche notes. The palate is creamy and refreshing zingy with lemon,
lime acidity. The wine has lovely length and softness with a touch of sweetness
but a long dry finish.
