The Domaine de la Pousse d'Or has 1.45 hectares on this prestigious Grand
Cru of the Côte de Beaune. The soils are clay and limestone and vines were
planted in 1979 and 1987. All hand harvested with a seven day cold maceration
for seven days. Temperature-controlled fermentation with two pigeages per day.
Fermentation for 21 days. Barrel regime is all oak, with 30% new.
