Purple Hands Wines is a boutique wine label from the southern Barossa
Valley. Craig Stansborough has been making Shiraz from his Williamstown vineyard
since 2006. The fruit was crushed into an open fermenter, one parcel
seeded with melody yeast, the balance a natural yeast ferment. 10 Days on skins
then basket pressed into 25% new French oak. After malo the wine was racked and
put back into oak for a further 12 months prior to bottling.
