press whole bunch organically farmed Syrah from Vine Vale, wild yeast fermented
and aged at his new farm in High Eden Valley without any additions at all
including sulphur at any stage. Light vibrant ruby red in the glass. Very
pretty. Aromas of light lifted spice, cherry, plum and earthy rhubarb.
