An interesting and beautiful blend of Viognier, Marsanne, Roussane and Cugnette made by former chef, Simon Gastrein. Whole bunch pressed, fermented at 18 degrees, spending 9 months in oak and undergoing full malolactic fermentation. Notes of peach and tangerine with just the right amount of citrus fruits. A very generous wine with layers of complexity.
