It’s Sauvignon Blanc, but not as you know it. Twice awarded Best Sauvignon
Blanc in Australia in Halliday’s Wine Companion, this as close to Bordeaux blanc
as you’ll get without a travel exemption. Fermented and aged on lees in old 600L
French oak “demi-muid” barrels, you won’t find any green grassy notes here- this
is full flavoured and expressive, with notes of cashew, lemon curd, orange
blossom, and ginger; velvety palate weight; and length and persistence for days.
