Tissot Arbois DD Trousseau Poulsard 2022

The 2022 DD blends destemmed Trousseau and Poulsard, each macerated for three months, with whole-cluster Pinot Noir that spent one month on the skins. This red is all about freshness and approachability. It’s light on its feet, with bright flavors of rosehip, hibiscus, watermelon, and lively red berries. Soft herbal undertones and fine, slightly dusty tannins round out the finish. Easy to enjoy on its own, but it truly shines alongside food.
