GB AKA Glen Barry does enjoy a chardonnay or two, definitely a crows fan
for sure. We have been fortunate enough to get some re-release of one of the
better Adelaide Hills Chardonnays of last year. The fruit comes off Bow Lees
vineyard, woodside and GB takes a very hands off approach. It’s picked, chilled
overnight foot stomped, basket pressed into old oak for fermentation. Left on
Lees for 9 months no stirring but regular topping until bottling.
