Vieux Marc du Caveau Marc de Bourgogne

The Marc is obtained by the distillation of the solid parts (stems, skins, pips) resulting from the pressing of the white grapes after the harvest. It is aged for a long time in oak barrels (five years, no less) where it acquires roundness and finesses while retaining the aromatic notes for which it is famous.
