Made using organically grown Chardonnay grapes from Spain, the process starts with traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats. The wine is then and de-alcoholised by vacuum distillation at a temperature of 28 degrees, which allows to extract the alcohol to less than 0.05%.
Subtle fruity aromatics on the nose. This vegan-friendly, low-calorie sparkling displays a delightful dryness with notes of crisp apples, finishing with a slight sweetness.
