  • Cleaning and Organisation: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including dishwashing, sanitising work areas, and ensuring proper storage of equipment.
  • Support Culinary Team: Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet our high-quality standards before being served to guests.
  • Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Follow proper hygiene, health, and safety guidelines to guarantee a clean and safe working environment.


  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
