Amato Vino might be located in the heartland of traditional Margaret River producers, but they’ve been following their own path for over twenty years, offering some eclectic and unusual wines (Teroldego anyone?) as well as putting their own stamp on Margaret River standards like Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
The winemaking is lo-fi, preferring an old-school approach that best represents the growers who share their philosophy of keeping wild (fermentation) and free (of additions, fining and filtration) and allowing their wines to speak for themselves.
We love the Amato Vino wines that we have to show you in store this week. See you around the tasting bench on Friday 27th May 5-7pm and Saturday 28th May 4-6 pm!
