Hosted by Monsieur Thibaut Jaubert, Bollinger's International Business Manager, and with wines matched to a great gastronomic menu designed by our Executive Chef, Josh Lansley, it promises to be a memorable experience.
Since 1829, Champagne Bollinger has been making great wines with a powerful, refined and complex style, expressing the aromas of the fruit in all its dimensions. In this dinner, Thibaut will guide us through a fleet of special wines, including the latest release, La Grande Année 2015 and a pre-release of PN VZ19, whilst sharing insights into the house’s history and future direction. Besides, we want to give special attention to Bollinger's masterful use of Pinot Noir as the predominant variety in all its cuvées, via their esteemed PN and La Grande Année collections.
