Whisson Lake has quietly built a reputation as one of the Adelaide Hills’ most thoughtful Pinot Noir producers. This is cool-climate winemaking with a sense of precision and patience.

Join us for an intimate dinner showcasing a rare deep dive into Whisson Lake Pinot Noir, exploring multiple parcels and vintages side by side. From the structural clarity of their Black Label through to the layered complexity of Monopole and older releases. 

Paired with a considered menu from our head chef, each course is designed to move in step with the wines from delicate entrée plates through to richer, savoury mains and to finish off with a delicious Comte cheese.
