Ada Celui Pinot Noir 2025

Celui Pinot Noir is a refined expression of Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir, sourced from a certified organic vineyard in Forreston, planted in the mid 1990s. Made entirely from the MV6 clone, it reveals fragrant sour cherry, pomegranate and wild berries, layered with forest floor, savoury spice and subtle charred oak. The palate is beautifully composed, with vibrant red fruit, fine tannins and fresh acidity lending elegance and precision. Fermentation with 40% whole bunches brings aromatic complexity and gentle structure, while 20% new oak adds depth without overwhelming the fruit. A finely detailed, medium bodied Pinot Noir, particularly suited to roast duck, game or wild mushroom dishes.
