Adelaide Hills Distillery 78 Degrees Whisky

A distinctly Australian whisky, moving beyond traditional Scotch influence. Made from single paddock grain and carefully selected casks, it shows notes of campfire smoke, caramel, vanilla and dried fruits, layered with warming spice. Rich and comforting, with a lingering, gently sweet finish.
