From organically farmed Adelina blocks in Clare, this Shiraz–Malbec blend combines old vine depth with lifted freshness. Dark and red fruits meet notes of spice, earth, orange peel and bitter chocolate, with a subtle nutty edge. Fleshy tannins and bright acidity carry through to a long, structured finish.
