Alkina Polygon P5 Grenache 2020

A singular Grenache from a tiny Polygon 5 parcel, grown on fractured schist soils. Darker in profile, it’s structured and brooding, with fine tension and svelte, mouth-coating tannins. Fermented with whole bunches and aged in concrete, it opens beautifully with air, revealing depth and precision.
