Anim Clarence Pinot Noir 2024

Anim's 2024 Clarence Pinot Noir comes from the Clarence House vineyard, nestled in the foothills of Mount Rumney in Southern Tasmania, where ancient Jurassic dolerite soils help shape a beautifully refined expression of Pinot Noir.

Fragrant red cherry, wild raspberry and delicate florals are complemented by subtle earthy spice and savoury undertones. The palate is elegant and finely structured, with bright acidity, silky tannins and a gentle mineral edge.

Wild fermentation, whole bunch inclusion and French oak maturation bring added complexity while preserving the wine's freshness and perfume. A lovely match for roast duck, mushroom dishes or slow cooked pork.
