Ashton Hills Estate Pinot Noir 2025

A beautifully fragrant Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir, the 2025 Estate release brings together six carefully selected clones, capturing the concentration and freshness of an unusually early vintage.

Fresh raspberry, dark plum and wild strawberry meet notes of green peppercorn, blood orange, dried herbs and gentle spice. The palate is juicy yet finely structured, with bright cranberry fruit, silky tannins and a subtle pithy texture adding length and complexity.

Wild fermented with 25% whole bunches and matured for nine months in French oak, this is an elegant, savoury Pinot Noir with lovely depth and ageing potential. Particularly good alongside char siu pork, roast duck or mushroom dishes.
