Red cherry, strawberry and raspberry lead the nose, with lifted florals, subtle earth and a gentle green pepper spice from whole bunch fermentation. The palate is juicy and finely structured, combining dark cherry and plum with fresh acidity and soft, precise tannins.

Wild fermentation, seasoned French oak and time on lees add texture and savoury complexity without taking away from the fruit. Fresh and approachable now, but with enough structure to develop over the next few years. Pair with roast chicken, duck or mushroom dishes.
