Crafted using the traditional method, with 18 months ageing on lees, it reveals bright lemon, crisp green apple and subtle white florals, complemented by toasted almond and delicate pastry notes. The palate is finely textured, with a persistent, creamy mousse and vibrant acidity providing precision and freshness. A restrained dosage of 5 g/L ensures a beautifully dry, clean finish.
