The Champagne Ayala Le Blanc de Blancs A/19 is an elegant, finely detailed Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay, sourced from six Grand and Premier Cru vineyards across the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Produced exclusively from the 2019 vintage and aged for six years before release, it captures Ayala's signature emphasis on freshness and precision.

Aromas of ripe pear, grapefruit and jasmine develop into delicate honeyed and pastry notes. The palate is vibrant and beautifully structured, with blood orange, citrus zest and subtle toasted brioche. Fine bubbles, chalky minerality and a gentle bitter citrus edge carry through to a long, dry finish.

An excellent match for freshly shucked oysters, scallop crudo or delicate seafood dishes.
