Ayala Brut Majeur NV

Champagne Ayala Brut Majeur is a refined expression of Champagne, distinguished by its Chardonnay led blend and elegant, understated style. Comprising 50 to 55% Chardonnay, 30 to 40% Pinot Noir and 10 to 15% Meunier, it brings together fruit from 70 crus across the region. Delicate aromas of lemon zest, crisp pear and white flowers unfold alongside subtle brioche and toasted almond. The palate is finely textured, with a delicate mousse, vibrant acidity and a graceful balance of citrus fruit and savoury complexity. A minimum of three years on lees and a restrained dosage of 6 g/L contribute depth and precision. Particularly suited to oysters, fresh seafood or delicate poultry dishes.
