Ayala Brut Majeur Nv 375Ml

From the historic village of Aÿ, Champagne Ayala's Brut Majeur is a refined, Chardonnay led Champagne that favours freshness, elegance and precision over richness.

Fresh lemon, crisp green apple and white peach meet delicate notes of citrus blossom, toasted brioche and subtle honey. The palate is lively and finely textured, with a delicate mousse, bright acidity and a gentle creaminess carrying through to a long, dry finish.

A beautifully balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this is a versatile Champagne with understated complexity. Excellent as an aperitif or alongside freshly shucked oysters, seafood or delicate canapés.
